What I appreciated during my city trip was the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. The room had all necessary amenities and the location was convenient as it was near restaurants and shops. , the hotel had a nice rooftop area where we could enjoy a beautiful view of the city.
I was disappointed by the fact that some facilities were not included in the room rate, such as the swimming pool or the access to the rooftop area. It was confusing to navigate through the different vouchers and fees required for each service.

The hotel room is spacious and clean with all necessary amenities, and the staffs are polite and friendly. the location of the hotel is near to shopping centers and famous restaurants with mouth-watering dishes. One of the best advantages of this hotel is the availability of the signature Sky Lounge, which offers a beautiful view of the city and a relaxing atmosphere to its guests.
It is disappointing that the hotel charges extra for the swimming pool and the parking area, which could disappoint some guests who were expecting these facilities to be included in the room rate.

The room ambience was great with its colorful and clean interior. the hotel was conveniently located near a shopping center and restaurants, making it easier to explore the city. the hotel had a mini mart on, site for easy access to daily necessities.
The check, in procedure was slow, and the room amenities were poor for the price paid. the parking situation was inconvenient as there was limited free parking space for in, house guests, and the swimming pool was not included in the stay and required an extra fee.
